Mathematical Physics
At the University of Calcutta, undergraduates take three "Mathematical Physics'' courses during their 3-year B.Sc. (H) coursework. These courses are labelled as Mathematical Physics I (PHS-A-CC-1-1), II (PHS-A-CC-3-5) and III (PHS-A-CC-4-8), and each of them carry 4 credits over the length of a full semester (15 weeks). The course contents can be found here.
I have taught Mathematical Physics I twice: Autumn 2021 and Autumn 2022 (both times jointly with Dr. Sourav Mitra).
I have taught Mathematical Physics II once during Autumn 2022 (jointly with Dr. Sourav Mitra).
I have taught Mathematical Physics III twice: Spring 2023 and Spring 2024 (both times jointly with Dr. Sourav Mitra).

References:
1) Vector Analysis by M. Spiegel, S. Lipschutz, and D. Spellman
This book contains an excellent compilation of problems on basic vector algebra and calculus with various levels of difficulty. It is the primary textbook for the vector analysis part of Mathematical Physics I.
2) Mathematical Methods for Physics and Engineering by K. F. Riley, M. P. Hobson, and S. J. Bence
Easy to read book on various mathematical methods useful in physics starting from vectors, matrices, all the way to differential equations. The explanations are clear and accessible.
3) Mathematical Methods for Physicists by G. B. Arfken, H. J. Weber, and F. E. Harris
My personal favourite! Very well written with many examples. In particular, I like the introduction to differential forms. It is presented in a rather accessible way to undergraduate students of physics.
Spring 2023 and 2024:
I taught the module 3 of Mathematical Physics III, i.e., the module on the special theory of relativity. The assignments from 2023 can be downloaded from the links below.
1) Lorentz transformations
2) Four-vectors
Autumn 2022:
I had been involved in teaching both Mathematical Physics I and II during this semester. The details are as follows.
Math Phys II: I had taught modules 2 and 6, i.e. the modules covering the portion of ordinary and partial differential equations. The assignments can be downloaded from the links below.
1) Linear ODEs with Constant Coefficients
2) Linear ODEs with Variable Coefficients
3) Laplace Equation in Spherical Polar Coordinates
4) Laplace Equation in Cylindrical Coordinates
Math Phys I: I had the taught module 2, i.e. the portion on vector algebra and calculus. The assignments can be downloaded from the links below.
Autumn 2021:
I had taught the module 2 of Mathematical Physics I, i.e. the portion on vector algebra and calculus. The assignments can be downloaded from the links below.
